1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Winterfield Intelligence (“we”, “our”, “us”) for your use of the mobile application Construction Calculator Pro (Package ID: com.winterfieldintelligence.constructioncalculatorpro, “the App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2 What the App Does

Construction Calculator Pro is an offline construction estimation toolkit. It provides:

• Construction and scientific calculators, concrete, steel, brick, paint and quantity estimators.
• Bar-bending schedules, development/lap length helpers, drawings, and shape calculators.
• BOQ project helpers, site notes, custom formulas, material rates, and on-device PDF reports.

All features work offline on your device. No account or sign-in is required.

3 Professional Responsibility & Estimates Disclaimer

All results produced by the App are estimates for planning and reference only.

• Always verify quantities, structural designs, bar-bending schedules, and rates with a qualified civil/structural engineer and the applicable codes (such as IS, ACI, or BS) before executing any work.
• Winterfield Intelligence is not responsible for construction decisions, cost overruns, material orders, or site outcomes based on App results.

4 Free Forever — No Payments

Every feature in Construction Calculator Pro — all calculators, PDF reports, BOQ tools, notes, and custom formulas — is completely free.

• There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no locked features.
• No billing ever occurs inside the app, and we never see or store payment details.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully. You will not:

• Misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to disrupt other users.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the App or its content except as permitted by law.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.

6 Intellectual Property

The App — including its design, calculation logic, text, graphics, branding, and code — is and remains the exclusive property of Winterfield Intelligence and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or professional construction estimation.

7 Availability & Changes

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the App or meet legal requirements.
• We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Winterfield Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or construction costs — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9 Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains that the App works fully offline and collects no personal data on any server.

10 Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at your applicable place of residence in accordance with governing law.
